Return Eligibility

Defective, damaged, or misprinted items are eligible for a return or exchange.

 

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

 

Items must be unused and in original condition to qualify.

 

 

   Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

 

Buyer’s remorse (wrong size, color, or change of mind)

 

Custom or made-to-order items (Printful/Tapstitch) unless defective

 

 

Return Process

Include clear photos of the damaged or misprinted item.

 

If eligible, we will provide return instructions or send a replacement.

 

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method after inspection and approval.

 

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is on our end.

 

    Timeframe

Processing a return/refund may take 5–10 business days after approval.
